This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policies) describes which personal data we collect, how we process it, and for what purposes we use it, as well as your rights related to your data.

7Pay d.d. , Anina ulica 2, 42 000 Varaždin, Croatia, OIB 54966737751 (hereinafter: "7Pay d.d." or "we") processes personal data of the users of its services and visitors to the www.7pay.hr website in accordance with applicable regulations regulating the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

We respect your privacy and we process your personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal regulations, or according to your consent regarding said processing.

 

2. The manner and purpose of personal data processing 

Promotional Messages   

Access to the www.7pay.hr website is free and does not require registration. If you want to receive promotional messages about our products and services, you can do so by simply logging your email address, no registration necessary. You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the opt-out option in a received promotional message.

If you contact us with queries, we process the information that you provide to us solely in order to provide the information we have been asked for. After responding to your inquiry, we will delete the submitted data.

Personal data necessary for the handling of product claims shall be kept for 12 months from the date of receipt, in accordance with the regulations governing consumer rights.
